I can’t find the item I want / the item I want is out of stock
If you’re looking for an item that’s unavailable or not listed, please contact us. We’ll be happy to notify you when it’s back in stock.
Are your products compatible with other brands?
Our range is compatible with R.A.D Angling products. We are unable to confirm compatibility with other brands.
Orders
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via credit/debit card and PayPal. To pay in cash on collection, please call us on 01226 748226 to place your order.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to make changes.
I received the wrong product
We're sorry about that! If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us right away. Do not use the incorrect item, as this may affect your eligibility for a return.

What is the delivery cost?

How long will it take to receive my order?
For UK orders, please allow 2–3 working days after dispatch for delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to selected countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If no quote is shown, we currently do not ship to your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. All parcels are sent via tracked delivery.
My order hasn’t arrived
Please allow up to 3 working days after receiving your dispatch confirmation. If it hasn’t arrived after this time, contact us so we can investigate.
Please note: Shipping delays are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for any losses due to delayed delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my items?
Yes, you may return items within 14 days of purchase if you're not 100% satisfied. Items must be in resaleable condition.
Resaleable condition means:

Original packaging (or suitably packaged)

No signs of use, test fitting, or modification

No damage (unless present on delivery—please contact us in such cases)
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Items must be returned within 28 days of purchase.

Can I exchange my items?
We do not offer exchanges by post. However, you may exchange items in person at:
Unit 17, Clayfield Road, Platts Common Industrial Estate, Hoyland, Barnsley, S74 9TL.
Alternatively, you may return your item and place a new order.
How long will my refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days (depending on your card issuer).

Do you offer discounts?
Occasionally, we run promotional offers and discounts. Stay informed by following us on social media or subscribing to our newsletter.
I’d like to become a stockist – do you offer trade discounts?

My discount code isn’t working
Please check the code’s validity and expiry date. If everything looks correct and the code still doesn’t work, contact us.
