Before ordering, you might find it helpful to read the information below to answer any questions you may have about your order or our policies. If you cannot find what you're looking for, please contact us. 

Products

  • I cannot find the item I want/the item I want is out of stock?
    If you're looking for something that you cannot find or would like to receive an update when our items are back in stock, please contact us.

  • Are your products compatible with any other brands?
    Our range is compatible with R.A.D Angling products. We are unable to confirm compatibility with other brands.

 

Orders

  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    You can pay online via debit or credit card or PayPal. If you would like to pay cash and collect your products, please call 01226 748226 to place your order.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, you can do so by contacting us on either 01226 748226 or sales@nerogangling.co.uk as soon as possible. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate your request, we regret that we are unable to make changes to any orders that have already been processed or dispatched.

  • I have received the wrong product
    We're sorry! A mix-up may have occurred during dispatch. Please get in touch as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. Do not attempt to use an incorrect item as this could affect your right to return.

 

Shipping

  • What is the delivery cost?
    Shipping for all UK mainland orders of £30 or less is £5.95. Any orders over this value is free. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    If you are in the UK, please allow 2-3 working days after dispatch to receive your order.

  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping is calculated at checkout. If no quote is shown, unfortunately this means we do not ship to your location. 

  • Can I track my order?
    A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched. All orders are shipped using a tracked service for peace of mind.

  • My order has not arrived?

    Please allow up to 3 working days after receiving your dispatch email for standard delivery. If your order has still not arrived after this time, please contact and we will look into it for you.

    Any shipping delays are beyond our control and we will not be held liable for any consequential losses due to delayed items.

Returns & Refunds

  • Can I return my items?

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return the item for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. We only accept returns that are in resaleable* condition.

    *Resaleable condition meaning:
    - Items must be in original packaging or well packaged in a suitable alternative.
    - No defects or signs of test fitment or use (unless present upon receipt of items, in which case, please contact us)
    - No modifications to the products

    You, as the buyer, are responsible for any return postage (unless otherwise agreed).

    To be eligible for a return, items MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must notify us of your wish to return your item within 14 days of your purchase and return the item within 28 days of purchase.

  • Can I exchange my items?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges via post. Exchanges can be made in person, by visiting us at Unit 17 Clayfield Road, Platts Common Industrial Estate, Hoyland, Barnsley, S74 9TL. Alternatively, you can return your items and place a new order.

  • How long will my refund take?
    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the item.
    If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually 5-7 working days, however this depends on your card issuer’s policies).

  • Do you offer discounts?
    From time to time we may offer promotion codes and discounts. Keep an eye on our social media channels or subscribe to our newsletter for our latest offers.

  • I would like to become a stockist, do you offer trade discounts?
    If you are interested in becoming a stockist, please contact us on 01226 748226 or at sales@neroangling.co.uk and include 'Trade Enquiry' in the subject line.

  • My discount code is not working
    If your discount code or automatic promotion is not working, please check the offer dates to ensure it is valid. If it is within the dates provided, or there is no expiry date given, please contact us and we will look to resolve this. Our promotional codes are limited to one use per customer unless otherwise stated.
