Refund policy

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not 100% satisfied with our product. Information regarding returns, exchanges and refunds can be found below.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return the item for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. We only accept returns that are in resaleable* condition.

*Resaleable condition meaning:
- Items must be in original packaging or well packaged in a suitable alternative.
- No defects or signs of test fitment or use (unless present upon receipt of items, in which case, please contact us)
- No modifications to the products

You, as the buyer, are responsible for any return postage (unless otherwise agreed). We recommend using a tracked service or purchasing additional insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, items MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must notify us of your wish to return your item within 14 days of your purchase and return the item within 28 days of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, or the return may be rejected (in which case, the item would be returned to you at your expense).

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your return after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your card issuer’s policies.) If your return is rejected, we will contact you to arrange for the item be returned to you (at your expense).

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, unless they are made in person by visiting us at: Unit 17 Clayfield Road, Platts Common Industrial Estate, Hoyland, Barnsley, S74 9TL. Alternatively, you can return your items and place another order.

Refunds
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually 5-7 working days, however this depends on your card issuer’s policies).

If you haven’t received your refund within this timescale, first check your bank account or original payment source again. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted as processing times vary between providers. We request that you contact your bank or payment provider in the first instance.
