Referral Discount Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to any referral codes issued to Brand Ambassadors, Consultants, Content Creators or other members of the Nero team.

1. Eligibility
The referral code is available to new and existing customers of Nero Angling, unless stated otherwise and can be used by customers shopping on neroangling.co.uk or quoted over the phone.

2. One Use Per Customer
Each referral code may be used once per customer only. Multiple uses by the same individual or email address are not permitted.

3. Order Value
Valid on any order amount. No minimum spend applies.

4. Redemption
The code must be entered at checkout on neroangling.co.uk or quoted at the time of order over the phone to be applied. Discounts can't be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.

5. Non-Transferable and No Cash Alternative
Referral codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

6. Combination With Other Offers
Referral codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes, promotions or offers unless otherwise stated.

7. Returns & Refunds
If an order placed using a referral code is returned or refunded, the referral code will still count as used and won't be reissued. Returned items will be refunded at the discounted price paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. General
Nero Angling reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where misuse of referral codes is suspected.

Nero Angling reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the referral code and these terms at any time without prior notice.

By using a referral code, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All purchases are subject to Nero Angling’s standard website Terms & Conditions.
