Giveaway Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to our giveaway, running on Facebook and Instagram from 20/10/2025-26/10/2025.
1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Nero Angling Limited (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to residents of the UK, excluding employees of Nero Angling, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. Entrants under 18 must get consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under 18 agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the giveaway post on our official Facebook or Instagram account. Participants must like and comment on the post for an entry to be successful. Entries that do not meet the criteria or are incomplete or duplicated will be disqualified. Entry is limited to 1 entry per person, per platform.
4. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on 20/10/2025 and closes at 23:59 26/10/2025. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
5. Prize
There are 10 chances to win a prize. The prizes are: 2 x 3 Rod Adjustable Pods [value £259.99 each], 5 x Pod Bases [value £150 each], 2 x Nero Prime 2x2-S (2 Rod) Kits [value £114 each], 1 x Nero Goody Bag [worth minimum £100.]
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries using a fair and verifiable process within 7 days of the closing date. Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform where the entry was submitted. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that their name or username may be used for promotional purposes and the purpose of announcing the winners on Nero Angling’s social media channels and website without additional payment or permission.
8. Data Protection
Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and in accordance with Nero Angling’s Privacy Policy. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms and Conditions, engaging in fraudulent activity, or attempting to manipulate the outcome of the giveaway.
10. Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or unable to be delivered due to technical failures or any other reason beyond the Promoter’s control.
To the extent permitted by law, Nero Angling shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of any prize.
11. General
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform. By participating, entrants agree to release these platforms from any liability related to the giveaway.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
